I searched for someone but found nothing?

Not everyone will be reviewed, but if you avoid one mismatched customer the benefits are great. Search again later as we are adding many new reviews each day. Help spread the word, the more members who contribute the better data base we will all have access to.

Is this site for contractors only?

No this site works well for any and all business owners. A manufacturer could review their distributors, a dentist could review their patients, a sub-contractor could review the general contractor, property managers could review tenants, etc.

Do I want to only review customers that I have not had the best experience with?

Please review all types of customers. It is very helpful to know other business have worked well with a potential customer and therefore you will most likely have a similar experience.

Can I use this site as a means of rating customers credit?

No. This site reflects members opinions and experiences and is not be used as a credit rating system.

Do I have to fill out all the sections on the questionnaire?

No. You may fill out as much or as little as you like.

Is this a new site?

Yes it is. We just recently opened and the growth rate has been very good. We are adding new members and more information every day.

How do I pay?

We currently only accept all major Credit Cards

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! There are no contracts, and you can cancel at any time from within your account.

My credit card is about to expire / How do I change what credit card gets billed?

You can delete and add new credit cards from within your account billing management page.
